Calibration Kits    order

A Calibration kit consists of 8 to 12 well-characterized fractions of known molecular weight. The kits include a calibration report using the individual standards, as well as the analytical conditions to create de calibration curve.  Quality certificates (example) accompany each standard with all pertinent analytical parameters and molecular weight distribution obtained via GPC.   Example of a calibration curve obtained using a calibration kit.


DIN Certified Standards and Kits for Compliance with CLP GLP requirements      order

PSS supplies certified standards that meet the requirements of DIN 55672 and ISO/EN 13885. The DIN certified standards meet GLP or DIN/ISO 9000x requirements.

PSS documents the molecular weight using GPC (relative method) and light scattering and/ or viscometry (absolute alternative methods).  The word absolute refer to the non-dependence of these detection methods on the concentration of the sample.
The PSS quality certificate fulfill all DIN and ASTM requirements.


MALDI Validation Kits         order
PSS provides Polymer Standard Kits that will help you check calibrate and validate a Matrix- Assisted-Laser-Desorption-Ionization-Time-Of-Flight measurement (MALDI TOF) instruments. Standards with different molecular weight ranges and different polarities are included. The different molecular weights allow you to determine the resolution of the instrument as a function of the molecular weight, whereas different polymer polarities help you determine the compatibility of your Matrix and polymer.


ReadyCal Kits- just Fill and Inject        order

Typical ReadyCal kit PSS ReadyCal polymer standards are polymer cocktails pre weighted into auto-sampler vials. Each vial consists 3 or 4 different polymers of the same type with different molar masses. Carefully selected molar masses are placed into each vial so that the polymer traces are baseline separated.

This product allows you to prepare a 12- point calibration curve without the mess of weighting the samples. Just add solvent directly into the auto sampler vial, let it stand for two hours, shake gently and load into your auto sampler for analysis.
Each kit contains 30 auto sampler vials that are color coded for your convenience.
Available in 1.5ml and 4ml vials.
